Winter Skincare Routine:-
1. Use lukewarm water:
People start bathing with hot water in the winter season. But keep in mind that the water is not too hot otherwise it makes the skin dry.
2. Moisturize your skin:
Moisturizer is your best friend in the winter session. A warm water bath dries your skin. Therefore, it is very important to moisturize the skin immediately after bathing. Apply moisturizer to the skin even before going to sleep at night. In winter, the oil also acts as a good moisturizer.
Note: Only use a face moisturizer on the face. Because our face skin and body skin are not the same.
If you have acne, should you moisturize your face in winter? People who have very oily skin or have acne on the skin are afraid of moisturizing the skin. Due to which skin becomes to much dry in winter and the problem of acne is not reduced. In such cases, you can use a mild moisturizer without using heavy cream. Face packs that you can apply in the winter session-
- Honey And Milk Face Pack: Mix one teaspoon of honey in milk and apply it on the entire face and leave it for 10 -15 minutes. Then wash with lukewarm water.
- Rose Water Face Pack: Add one teaspoon of glycerin, half a teaspoon of rosewater, and 2 teaspoons of aloe Vera gel. Apply on the face for 15 minutes, then wash off.
