1.Cleansing

1. Step - For Cleansing, we need 1 cotton boll and 2 - 3 tbsp raw milk. 

Now dip the cotton boll in raw milk and press it. Now Clean your face and neck part gently with raw milk. Cleansing is so necessary to clean dirt and dust on your face. Row milk is good for your skin and not irritate your eyes.

2.Exfoliate

2. Step-  Now make a scrub. For a scrub, we need 2tbsp wheat flour and 3 tbsp raw milk.

 Now mix both and your scrub is ready. Take your scrub on your fingertips apply on your face and neck. Now massage in circular motion. For best result scrub it 10-15 mints. Do not bend around your eyes. After 10-15 min washes your face.

3.Steam

3. Step-  Steam Your face with warm water. Fill your bucket with warm water and soak a towel in it.

 Ring out the towel and then press it to your face. Repeat this 2 to 3 times.

4. Facial Massage

4. Step- We need 3 tbsp curd and 1/4 spoon beet juice mix it. Apply this cream on your face.

Gently massage in your face and neck. After massage washes your face with water.

5. Face Mask

5. Step- For this, we need 2 tbsp wheat flour, 1/4 spoon beet juice, 1 pinch turmeric powder, and 3 tablespoons of raw milk.

 Now mix all these ingredients and make a paste. Apply this face pack on your face and neck(avoid your eye area part). Leave it 10 to 15 min to dry. Wash it with the help of water.

(Note: Use this facial pack just once a month)
